Recent FCC press release regarding adoption of an NPRM that proposes to eliminate two Public Inspection File requirements. One relates to hard copies of broadcaster public files (they will now be available online). The other requires cable operators “to maintain and allow public inspection of the location of a cable system’s principal headend.”
