About Us
The SouthEast Association of Telecommunications Officers and Advisors, Inc. (SEATOA) is a social welfare organization which operates as a Georgia non-profit corporation under US Internal Revenue Code Section 501(c)(4). It is composed of individuals and organizations serving citizens through city and county government and regional authorities in the states of Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Tennessee in the development, regulation, and administration of voice, video, data communications, broadband and PEG operations and information systems services. SEATOA is a Regional Chapter of the National Association of Telecommunications Officers and Advisors (NATOA). The Mission of NATOA is to support and serve the communications interests and needs of local governments. It is a professional association made up of individuals and organizations responsible for - or advising those responsible for - communications policies and services in local governments throughout the country.
